Mark Hashemi

Mark is the owner and founder of ECG On-Demand. He has over 25 years’ experience in the cardiology industry. He has worked successfully in established blue chip and venture capital environments.

He has a particular interest in ECG data processing and analysis together with patient risk stratification.

Mark is a published author in the field of arrhythmia detection.

Stephanie Barrett

Steph brings a wealth of experience to ECG On-Demand in her role as Clinical Lead. Prior to joining us, she held Senior Chief and Chief Cardiac Physiologist positions in some of the UK’s most prestigious NHS cardiology centres, including Royal Brompton and Harefield and Great Ormond Street Hospital. Her clinical and management experience covers paediatric and adult cardiology. Steph joined ECG On-Demand in January 2021.

Mark Pashley

Mark has over 23 years of experience in technology, infrastructure and operations roles. Prior to joining ECG On-Demand, Mark worked for the NHS for 14 years where he designed and supported the largest clinical virtual desktop environment of its kind in Europe. Mark has a passion for healthcare technology and is responsible for a number of business functions such as infrastructure, development, support, human resources, finance, cybersecurity and information governance.

Ian Culshaw

Ian has over 14 years’ commercial experience working in Clinical, Sales and Leadership positions within Cardiology (Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management) at Boston Scientific, Biosense Webster and Acutus Medical. He is naturally customer centric and patient outcomes driven. Prior to moving into Medical Devices, Ian spent over a decade as a Clinical Physiologist, holding Senior Chief and Chief Cardiac Physiologists positions at both the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. During this time, Ian successfully attained both IBHRE certifications (Electrophysiology and Cardiac Pacing & Defibrillation) as well as BHRS accreditation in Pacing and Electrophysiology. In addition to his role within the NHS, Ian sat on both SCST Council and Education committee, co-authoring several national policies and examining for the SCST national exams.
