ECG On-Demand® is a 12-lead ECG Interpretation and Holter monitoring service run by Technomed Limited. We believe our greatest asset is the quality of our British workforce. All ECG reporting is undertaken in the UK by UK trained cardiac physiologists under the governance of UK consultant cardiologists. We do not sub-contract our work out to low-cost overseas providers.
Our proprietary ECG risk rating system has been constantly refined since its launch in 2010. In 2012 we were awarded Innovators of the Year at the General Practice Awards. We have embraced digital data processing technologies to improve reporting precision whilst retaining humans for final checking.
We are an early adopter of “Artificial Intelligence” or Machine Learning and use it to support our clinicians in their decision making processes.
We believe that in the near future, the use of Machine Learning techniques for ECG signal analysis will become the norm rather than the exception. Machine Learning will be used to find unknown ECG features that can be used to predict the current and future disease state of a patient.
To facilitate future research, we store and database the raw digital ECG data together with its related annotations for each and every ECG test that we analyse.
We have an enviable reputation for quality of our work and work with some of the UK’s most well known cardiology centres.
