14-day Ambulatory ECG Holter recording. Download the full report here.
The dominant rhythm is sinus bradycardia. There are rare atrial ectopics with 1 sustained episode of regular atrially led tachycardia, pre / post to this episode there are atrial couplets / triplets and atrially led runs.
Minimum sinus rate 40 bpm on Day 6 / 16:43:23, maximum sinus rate 105 bpm on Day 5 / 09:39:22, average rate 56 bpm. Normal diurnal and nocturnal variation in heart rate seen across the recording period.
Rare atrial ectopics (burden = 0.42 %) : 3243 isolated beats, 75 couplets and 231 triplets / atrially led salvos and atrially leds runs < 30 seconds ( HR 67 – 172 bpm). Longest lasting 47 beats at 126 bpm. 1 sustained episode of regular atrially led tachycardia, lasting 2 minutes 15 seconds at 108 bpm on Day 14 / 23:26.
Rare ventricular ectopics (burden = 0.11 %) : 1190 unifocal isolated beats and 1 couplet.
Diary returned. Multiple manual patient activated events and patient reports multiple symptoms of palpitations and shortness of breath. Symptoms correlate with periods of sinus bradycardia / sinus rhythm with some rare isolated PVCs ( HR 53 – 82 bpm).
